Where is VR Parque in Buenos Aires?
Our venues are at Av. Corrientes 3266 (Abasto), Hipólito Yrigoyen 1802 (Martínez) and Antezana 45 (Villa Crespo). Choose your venue when booking.
How much does a virtual reality session cost?
The price depends on the venue, activity, duration and date. Check the current prices and confirm your session in the booking system. Prices are in Argentine pesos (ARS).
What is the minimum age for virtual reality?
VR activities are for ages 8 and up. The recommended age varies by game: check the catalogue and tell us the ages in your group when booking.
Do I need to book in advance?
On weekdays, you may be able to play at short notice, but weekends are often fully booked 1–2 weeks ahead. We recommend booking in advance to secure a convenient time.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 50% of the total is required to confirm your booking. To receive a refund if you cancel, please let us know at least two days before the event. Otherwise, the deposit will be held as credit for your next visit.
Will other people play alongside our group?
If you book the entire arena, there will be no other guests playing with your group during your reserved time. If you book individual headsets, other players may join the session.
Can we change games during the session?
Yes! You can switch between games and try as many as you like. The number of games does not affect the price.
Can we extend our session?
Yes, if there is no booking immediately after yours, you can extend your session.
Can I play while wearing glasses?
Yes! For example, the Meta Quest 3 has a special facial insert that provides more room to wear glasses inside the headset. Large frames may not fit comfortably.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Birthday packages — Standard, VIP 1 or VIP 2 — include access to the lounge for breaks and refreshments. You may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. Outside food is not permitted with a regular game booking.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothes and shoes without heels. You may also want to bring a change of shoes.
