- Planned around your event schedule. Allow separately for game sessions, meetings and breaks.

- No prior knowledge of the games is needed: our team explains how to use the equipment.
- Venue
- Choose Abasto, Martínez or Villa Crespo when enquiring; we confirm the format available at that venue.
- Price
- A proposal based on participants, duration, date and requested space. The total and included services are confirmed before booking.
Can we book a private session?
Yes, through full rental of the arena or agreed space, subject to availability. Request exclusive use when asking for a proposal.
Does the proposal include food?
Do not assume food is included: tell us if you need food, drinks or a lounge break and confirm those arrangements in the proposal.
How do we arrange a company booking?
Send your company details and any invoicing, purchase-order or contract requirements. Documentation and payment arrangements are confirmed before booking.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book in advance?
On weekdays, you may be able to play at short notice, but weekends are often fully booked 1–2 weeks ahead. We recommend booking in advance to secure a convenient time.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 20% of the total is required to confirm your booking. To receive a refund if you cancel, please let us know at least two days before the event. Otherwise, the deposit will be held as credit for your next visit.
Will other people play alongside our group?
If you book the entire arena, there will be no other guests playing with your group during your reserved time. If you book individual headsets, other players may join the session.
Can we change games during the session?
Yes! You can switch between games and try as many as you like. The number of games does not affect the price.
Can we extend our session?
Yes, if there is no booking immediately after yours, you can extend your session.
Can I play while wearing glasses?
Yes! For example, the Meta Quest 3 has a special facial insert that provides more room to wear glasses inside the headset. Large frames may not fit comfortably.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
When you book the arena, you have access to the lounge for breaks and refreshments. You may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. Outside food is not permitted with a regular game booking.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothes and shoes without heels. You may also want to bring a change of shoes.
