The venue matters

Home, event venue, club or office. Tell us about the space and we will work out which format fits.

Mini VR Arena
A playing area of 6×6 to 8×8 m, total space of 10×10 to 10×15 m and a minimum height of 2.7 m.

Getting everything ready
A flat, dry floor, 220 V power and reliable internet. Outdoor spaces must be covered and shaded.

Individual stations may work in smaller spaces, subject to assessment.

What ages is the experience for?

Ages 8 and up. Our team explains how to play before you begin.

How long does the event last?

We offer 1, 2 or 3-hour formats. For corporate events and activations, we can discuss a custom duration.

How many people can take part?

Up to 10 people can play simultaneously in the Mini VR Arena, plus up to 4 at the individual stations. We adapt the setup to each event and the available space, and organise turns so all guests can enjoy the experience.

How far in advance should I enquire?

Ideally at least 2 weeks in advance so we can organise everything. Ask us about earlier dates, subject to availability.

Is food or catering included?

No. The service includes the VR experience and the team running it.
